I have arranged with the owner of the Cattle Hill Wind Farm to provide AEVA members a tour of the operation on Sunday 8th June at 10.00am which will take 90 minutes.
Registration will be required by RSVP, by 4:00pm 1st June, as car numbers are limited to 10-12 cars., and for this reason, no late requests will be accepted So that we can maximize the number of people for the tour, please organise to carpool, so I suggest that we all meet at the Great Lake Hotel 9.00am (3096 Marlborough Rd, Miena Tasmania 7030) to sort out cars & people and then go in convoy to the wind farm. The drive from the Great Lake Hotel to the farm will be approximately 40 mins, see map.
After the tour I have booked lunch at the Great Lake Hotel in Miena at 12:30pm. Menu can be viewed on their website Great Lake Hotel Tasmania (www.greatlakehotel.com.au).
