It looks like a type 1 (J1772) setup, as is common in the USA with their single phase preference.

But all you probably need is a cable like this one to adapt a type 2 EVSE to what I presume will be your type 1 socket:

I use that cord with my 2012 Leaf, which has a type 1 socket.
Nissan Leaf 2012 with new battery May 2019.
5650 W solar, 2xPIP-4048MS inverters, 16 kWh battery.
1.4 kW solar with 1.2 kW Latronics inverter and FIT.
160 W solar, 2.5 kWh 24 V battery for lights.
Patching PIP-4048/5048 inverter-chargers.

No socket purchased yet. Been informed by thunderstuck.

The EVCC 2.4 can handle J1772. To connect with Type 2 J1772, customers have been manually grounding the proximity wire (12v negative) to start the charge. Hopefully that will work for you.

Best,

John
