Found this model x being wrecked in Leppington NSW.

Batteries are all gone and he's asking $5000 for the front motor assembly.

In the description of the video they mention that software needs to be changed before their control would work and it can't be done remotely. So unless someone in Australia does the hard work as well, these front motors are basically useless (for now anyway). I guess the rear motor could be used with more ease and I'd guess the Gumtree guy is asking the same amount.
So $5000 for a motor
$3500usd for a controller (if it works with this motor)
