ZEVA

Post by T1 Terry » Mon, 18 Feb 2019, 13:27

Does any one have a bricks & Mortar address or even a phone number for ZEVA? (Zero Vehicles Emissions Australia) Nothing on their website and they don't even appear to be in the phone book, well not in the phone books I could find anyway (a rare item these days) or yellow pages Aust wide.
We are in the Perth area so we wanted to have a talk with them to suss out if they were a company we would like to deal with, but without even as much as a phone number yet expecting people to hand over their hard earned cash  :?
At least on evil bay you have PayPal to back you up when dealing with a company, but this????

Hi Terry, @zeva might chime in, but if you're in town it would be good to catch up regardless!

From my understanding he designs electronics and the eV stuff then get sold through evworks.
No workshop etc to visit as such of his - other than evworks.
I did have his number on my phone before it died.

Is there something you need designing?
I'm in welshpool.
So the short answer is NO but the long answer is YES.

Thank Richard. I needed to talk with Ian direct, just to get the whole face to face contact thing and feel out the whole thing before we decided if we were going to promote or use his products in our business. we have enquiries for a number of BMS systems for a client over seas and they mentioned an interest in the Zeva equipment, so if it all panned out we would purchase the gear direct and establish a trading relationship.
I have since received a phone number for Ian and I will ring him in the morning so we can try to arrange a meeting tomorrow sometime, before I head up to Chris's place to check out his projects and the new arrival due tomorrow afternoon :)

I can see you need another project  It was great to meet up and see your new house and workshop. Definite envy with the hoist, I certainly have the workshop part but no where I can put a hoist really. Might see you in Mannum when you come to Tailem Bend to race the new version of the race bike
