Anyone built Paul and Sabrinas controller

Just starting down the road of building my first ev and was wondering if anyone has built this controller.

The price is incredible at around $400 for parts.

there are at lest 2 of them in Oz (that i know of)

i think there also known on here as the "cougar" or "open revolt"
