I got a vacuum switch from http://www.baccara.com.au/vaccum-switches.shtml
It cost half of the RS price (that's normal).
That have a good range of adjustable and set at various pressures, normally open or closed, different fittings, etc.
I notice one is adjustable from 12-30"Hg which is pretty much what you asked for. The electrical limit is given as '100 Va Max. voltage 42V'. If they mean 100 volt.amps then 12V x 7amps is OK too.
