This could be a game changer as far as adapting the ICE vehicle to hybrid

Only problem is GKN usually only sell these kinds of products to the OEM market. I tried to purchase an AFM-130 from them after they purchased EVO, no luck.

They do have some aftermarket products though, I can get GKN driveshafts for my WRX, so there is some hope. Image
