Membership acceptance from Branches

This page describes the methods for receiving new memberships and renewals at branch meetings or branch events.
 

All membership payments should be accompanied by a Membership Form or equivalent eg. AEVA brochure with form.

The Membership Form should be completed with as much information as possible and must have the membership type and the amount of money received from the new or renewing member. There is a place on the form to indicate "New Membership" or "Renewal".

Please ensure that the email address is clearly written as this is the main communication channel for getting vital information to the member.

If the new members does not have an email address, please ensure that the postal address is complete.

If the new member wants to withhold address details, that's OK, as long as we have a valid email address.

Please indicate if the new or renewing member requires an official receipt.

 

The types of payments accepted at Branch level are: Cash or Cheque

Cash

Cash received from new memberships and renewals should be transferred to the AEVA National bank account:

Bendigo Bank
BSB 633-000
Account 100586635
​Account Name: AEVA Inc
Reference: [AEVA Member Name]

Once this has been done:
Email the treasurer Michael Day: Mday[at]networkten[dot]com[dot]au and the AEVA Membership Secretary: membership[at]aeva[dot]asn[dot]au with the following details

Member's Name:
Member's email address:
Member's postal address:
Membership type: eg. Annual, Annual Concession, Corporate.
Amount paid: $xx.xx
Payment type: eg. Cash
Transaction number/reference:
Date of payment by member:

 

Cheque

Any cheques from new memberships and renewals should be taken to your local branch of the Bendigo Bank and deposited in the AEVA National bank account:

Once this has been done:
